I like to either use gummies when I can or have a little treat like butterscotch candy afterwards as positive enforcement, and then seeing or wanting the treat reminds me even if I ignore the alarms. Also keeping the medication somewhere easy to see.

I use weekly pill cases that have each day of the week marked, have it in plain view in the bathroom so I see it when I go to get ready in the morning And yeah iron pills do taste like shit

I love using the mytherapy app! I take a few different vitamins and supplements and was struggling to take them all at first.
