I frequently forget to take my medicine at night. Taking them in the morning isn't an option. How do you remember to take your medicine daily?

I use the app TickTick to keep track of appointments as well as habits like my medicine. I also take mine at night and it helps if it’s the only habit you get notifs for

I take them with my vitamins which i share with my fiancee so she remembers if weve taken them or not

I also use Amazon pill pack so they come prepackaged and I don’t have to worry about organizing them

I put them right next to my bed on my night stand so I see them before I turn out my lamp.

I use the Medisafe app :) If reminders aren’t helpful, I suggest tying them into another routine tasks you do in the evening

I use one of those medicine organizers to remember if I took them already or not

I have an alarm that goes off everyday, but I also keep my meds on my coffee table so when I’m watching TV at night I see them and remember.

I also use one of those day separators. I have a problem where I forget to take them and then I get paranoid and question if I have or haven't taken them so if I have them in a container marked by days I always know whether I've taken them and of I've forgotten and don't even realize as soon as I look at that case I'll know

Put your medicine near your toothbrush, and toothpaste so when your brush your teeth you remember .

I usually take mine right after I eat dinner; is that an option?

I put reminders in my phone. I have to take it several times a day tho. Also I take my nighttime meds at seven and that helps me. I hope that helps you.

I take meds 3x’s a day. I have notifications on my phone remind me in the am, mid-day and evening each day. Life gets busy, we get distracted or we just forget. This just helps to keep me on track.

I take my medicine at 10 but I don't go to sleep until midnight so I don't think it's that.

could you take them in the evening rather than night? that way you could set an alarm and it wouldn’t be such a jolt to the system when you’re winding down for bed
