My weekly pill box reminds me what day it is when my alarm goes off at lunchtime.

If you have an iPhone as well the health app can send you medication reminders which I always use. They do get kinda annoying when I am on time with my meds but it’s super helpful for my weekly and monthly shots.

i get my daily meds in bubble packs from my pharmacy. it's like a "sheet" of meds, one sheet is a week of meds with spots for morning, afternoon, night and bedtime. each spot has the meds listed on each individual bubble. i only take morning and bedtime meds. it's prefilled so I don't have to remember to fill a pillbox (I tried that and I was always forgetting). alarms help a little bit.
