I haven’t had any side effects with propranolol. My psychiatrist said to act like a little old lady the first time or so I took it if I am worried, but I’ve found it really helpful.

I personally love Propranolol. I too was very skeptical when my doctor first prescribed it, but it helps so much with anxiety and panic attacks without making you sleepy like other meds do. It hasn’t had any affect on my blood pressure.

Oh I take propranolol for that too! It works super well for me and I’ve been on the same dose for over a decade now. And it controls my blood pressure and the headaches that I get from when my blood pressure gets too high. Definitely a good med in my book. And fun fact: Apparently snipers use propranolol too to steady their hands! That’s what my psychiatrist told me. I hope this helps you! 😊

Propranolol has been a life saver for me, I started having panic attacks when going back to work and having to enforce covid guidelines and dealing with angry people, and my doctor gave me the smaller pills that I could take as many as needed throughout the day, and I've had zero negative affects with it! Does the job it's supposed to and helps kill that fight or flight sensation

I take propranolol, it slows my heart rate down bc I tend to have such a high heart rate especially during panic. I like propranolol, it doesn't make me drowsy, dizzy, or nauseated.

If you're prone to migraines, it might cause you to have a few until your body adjusts to the medication. It can also make you feel really tired at first, so I recommend taking it around the time you go to bed. Make sure to take it EVERY SINGLE DAY and to take it at the same time every day. If not, you will feel terrible.
