Have you tried Benzos? As a recovering benzo addict I strongly advise against them. They without a doubt work, for both anxiety and deprresion but only for a while, you get a tolerance very quickly and end up buying more illicity. They are very physical addictive, and getting treatment in the UK is practically impossible, I've been stuck on them for 28 years. Hope this helps

No, there are among the most addictive and dangerous (in withdrawal) drugs there is. Message 4 advice. 28 years I've addicted to Diazipam and getting treatment in the UK is practically impossible.

Ativan, a benzodiazepine, worked really well for me. And Klonopin, also a benzodiazepine, later on. Klonopin did cause me some memory issues after an extended period of use though.

I find melatonin helpful but only for getting to sleep 💤😴 other than that I would try meditating.
