When I first started it, I was amazed at how much my chest had been hurting just like, all the time. It wasn't effective enough at controlling my arrhythmia, but it definitely opened my eyes to how much of a problem my heart actually was lol

I had terrible disgusting nightmares every night, developed insomnia because I was afraid of what my brain would come up with next. They had no advice for me, this was over a decade ago. Now it’s a known thing that happens. I’m off it, don’t have a single nightmare, and eat salt like a daily vitamin. I have tachycardia and three leaking heart valves.
