Does Medication Make Depression Worse?

It's hard... consistency makes it clear whether they work or not. If they don't you'll just hard to try again. I feel like I've been on everything on the market. But you find something that makes it a little easier and roll that in with mindfulness. Bam things aren't so scary or anxiety inducing all the time.

I had to find the meds that worked for me. Zoloft works for me, it worse depression for my sister. It's a journey.
