I tried amovig, I had to go to neuro to have them do it everytime, I couldn't It messed up my gut so bad, and didn't really help w the headaches. I will never do another Injectable med like that again. I wish you the best

I took one for a while and the anxiety was really difficult for me the first few times. Taking a deep breath and releasing it as I press the auto injector helped, it also helped me do affirmations beforehand. I’ve heard of people taking cold showers to help themselves remember they can do hard things; however I’m in constant pain so to me just existing is me doing hard things πŸ˜‚πŸ˜… Relax the muscles in whatever area you choose to inject into to help lessen the pain of the needle. If you continue to struggle with it, it’s worth mentioning to your doctor. Sending all the love and confidence your way πŸ’•
