Anxious about asking for medication changes
Is anyone else super anxious and scared for asking about different medications because my physiatrist is strict and not understanding and when the time comes for the meeting my parents have to be there for part of it which makes me want to share even less than I do, any advice? Because I definitely need more/different medications rn

Hey, if your medications don’t work for you anymore, you doctor should decide to raise your dose or to change your medication. Why are you scared of asking for a different medication?

Just be open and honest with your doctor I am on Lexapro 5 mg and lamictal 25mg it's changed my life for the better!
