Looking for medication alternatives

I am on day 4 of savella, and already feeling a difference.

Anti-depressants Nerve/seizure meds (Gabapentin, Lyrica) Anti-inflammatories Muscle relaxants All are commonly prescribed for Fibro but there is no medication specifically for Fibro.

I actually just started taking Diclofenac and it’s the only thing that has cut my pain levels way down after 30 years.

Also if you have a good pain management dr who does ketamine treatments and that’s something you would be interested in trying, it is definitely worth doing some research on. It has been life changing for me personally.

Not sure if you’ve ever tried lyrica? That’s also an approved medication for fibro

I take gabapentin like you do. But I'm also on hydroxychloroquine for autoimmune disease.
