I’m really struggling to sticking to a schedule. I have medications for mood stabilizers and epilepsy but I find myself only taking the epilepsy medication. I’ve always been really lazy but I know I need to take ALL of my medicine. Im just having a really hard time reasoning with myself. I only take my epilepsy medication because the effects of not taking it are almost immediate, whereas it takes a little bit for the other medications to flush out and stop helping. I have apps to track my medicine but I just mark it all taken even if I don’t actually take all of it. I tell myself WHILE I’m taking my epilepsy medicine to take the others but I just…don’t. Any advice?

Hmm. I’ve never been in that situation before so I can’t really speak to it, but I wonder if you see if you feel the same way after taking them for the few days. Perhaps the lack of them in your system is causing the apathy about taking them, in some way
@AlphaBoy they do work, I just can’t bring myself to take them, even though I know that they help me
Why do you not want to take your mood stabilizers? Do they not work for you?
