What Medical Tests Were Done Before Your Diagnosis?

What test were done before your diagnosis?! Or course blood test is done but what else is done since we are suppose to be “ruling out” other things. Has anyone gotten a EMG or anything else done?

Hello. What about diabetic diarrhea? Or is it part of the neuropathy in my legs and feet? Is is constant, no breaks, it's horrible. It's been going on for a couple months now.

could it be a side effect of metformin? I know it causes a lot of GI discomfort in some patients.

No, my pain management doctor referred me to another specialist to get it done. I’m sure if you talk to your doctor, they may refer you to get one done as well (if you’re interested)

I was able to get an EMG done recently. That helped to confirm the neuropathy I am experiencing. I think it is quite helpful!
