I'd probably start with basic bloodwork. Ask if they can check inflammation levels as well. It's called CRP blood test. Another option could be a CT or MRI to check your GI tract since you're dealing with pain and constipation. Unfortunately with abdominal pain, it could be so many different things. Basic bloodwork can maybe help rule things out!
