Can Medical Marijuana Help with BPD?

the typical question, does weed help? does medical Marijuana help with calming bpd? cause ive seen ketamine help with treatment resistant depression, so im trying to stop telling myself that something that really could help and me wanting to see if it does, is just me being childish.

I personally smoke weed to cope with suicidal ideations. It helps me tremendously, as it allows for me to become calm and assess the situation that is putting me in a spiral. Not sure if it would help for you, but if you do decide to try weed or psychedelics DM me so I can give some insight.
