In Need of Medical Assistance and Advice in Colorado

I have not used this before. I am in need of advice, please. I will need to say my general area, because of the question. I live in the state of Colorado currently. I am on Medicaid, unemployed, without income. I have something going on to hopefully get income, but that is not my question. Oh, I should add that my age range, to not be too specific for the sake of anonymity, is between twenty-one and thirty. So, I will actually get to my question now. Does anyone know of a program where I guess it is a nurse, or something, where they would come in person and could help me with things that I greatly struggle with? Reading and filling out paperwork, transportation to medical and non-medical places, and other things. The people that I live with right now, it is very, very complicated. I really need help. Please.

      I live in southern Colorado but it was the same when I lived in the Denver area. You’ll have to either call Medicaid or go to your local DHS office and ask for an advocate. Let them know your situation and they should be able to help you get in touch with any local programs for housing. I was homeless for a while, and the local outreach center was able to help me with a housing program that’s income based. There ARE resources out here, they’re just hard to find sometimes

      I am not sure if you will see this. Still getting use to how this app works. TeddyBearKisses, do you know if there is something that I could Google? Maybe the program is a general type of program? I am not sure if I am making sense.

      Something I've had that I believe is mostly available is a program but not a nurse but something along the lines of a coordinator. I've had a few and they help with paperwork or pointing you in the right direction as well as getting connected with good recourses. I'm in NY so I'm not sure how it is over there but I hope this helps 💕
