Does anyone use meal replacement drinks? I think I'm going to start. Flaring up right now to the point that my esophagus is seriously inflamed and raw. I can't eat without taking sips of water with every small bite and swallowing anything but liquid feels like coarse sandpaper going down. I receive a weekly Dupixent injection but the very poor air quality here plus all my allergies caused things to get bad all of a sudden. Will need to contact my GI doc and wear my masks more often. I skipped the mask while cleaning my home, cleaning my pets' homes and going for walks outside in the bad air. Totally my fault. I do run an air purifier in my bedroom 24/7 though. It's also affecting my asthma but inhalers are helping enough with that. Thanks, all!

Update: The meal replacement drinks are helping me get calories and nutrients in until my esophagus calms down. I might get these regularly as a low energy meal replacement option as well since I also have chronic pain and fatigue.
