MBTI and Depression: Is There a Connection?

I was reading that certain Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) types are more prone to depression. I’m a INFP and I struggle with depression anxiety & panic. What is your MBTI type and do you believe that their is a connection? Here’s a free test: https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test

I am INTP and I think you're correct. INFP and similar types are characterized by introversion as well as being thinkers and very sensitive, so it makes sense that we would be more predisposed to depression and anxiety.
