Maximum Safe Dose for Lithium Orotate?
Does anyone know what the maximum safe dose is for the over the counter supplement lithium orotate?

I don't know at all but what I do know is that my Dr has to test my blood all the time to make sure it is within therapeutic range. so I don't think there is a normal maximum, I think it's different for everyone?
