Need Help Getting a Manual Wheelchair in Australia

How did you get your manual wheelchairs? I'm in Australia, with fibromyalgia and unable to get medical assistance, and i am losing my mobility. How did you afford your chairs?

I got my custom chair paid for by insurance. You need a prescription for insurance to pay, at least in the US

Agreed, in the US, lots of our churches, charity groups, and even some hospital associated groups. Also, if your doctor writes a prescription, durable medical equipnent is covered by insurance.
