I've tried multiple medications and i still get night sweats, the thing that always works, but Im not too sure how safe it is so i don't always use it, is THC/CBD edibles. they also help with insomnia but of course that means I'm high and can't really operate at work. I don't smoke because of a history of asthma, and vapes have too many chemicals. I also switched to low thread breathable sheets, eucalyptus sheets to be exact, they keep you cool through out the night. I shower with cool water before bed, and practice yoga to keep calm and relaxed. If I'm stressed i sure have more hot flashes throughout the day.

Night sweats for sure. I'm so tired of waking up nightly to change and toss down a clean sheet simply so I dont have to sleep in a soaked area.

Omg I don't manage it actually. I'm still struggling with hot flashes. NOTHING HELPS!
