I've always had a hard time managing tasks and organizing thoughts in this chaotic mind of mine. How do you manage and organize thoughts and tasks without getting overwhelmed?

Liiiiisssstttsssss πŸ˜… I make lists for everything. My To Do my Have Done my Want to Do. Things to remember my work schedule. Being Autistic and ADHD, seeing things written down nicely and cleanly calms my brain so I can focus on starting one small task, like sweeping. Then I hyperfocus on the rest of the tasks and next thing i know my to do is done and I haven’t eaten πŸ˜‚

I have a whiteboard that I keep a list of "have to's" and "want to's". Once I finish a "have to", I can choose to do a "want to". I'm pretty early in my dx so I'm trying to keep it extremely simple. With work, (I work remotely) I have to finish my list before I can clock out. I build in breaks.

that actually sounds like a great idea. I use to write things down but I kind of got out of the routine. I really need to start back

I pray. And I'd love to pray for you to have a clear sound mind to better organize things. And get that confusion off of you.
