Struggling to Manage Symptoms at Work

What are some ways to manage symptoms and still go to work? I have lost 3 jobs now due to being unable to function properly, and I'm not sure what kind of career or job would suit someone like me.

Ooo performing music really gets my mind running and I feel so focused. Learning an instrument is easier than it looks and you can perform at bars or events for pay while playing your heart out.

Dog walker? That's what I do and it's great! You're all by yourself, you get lots of exercise, the dogs are usually awesome, you don't really need much experience just be a dog lover. I like how there's no one watching my every move like other jobs it keeps the stress level down.

if you typically need an upbeat enviroment to get your mind off stuff id recomend the resturaunt business, if youve already tried that go to walgreens or cvs and work the hell outta those boxes the key is to keep your mind active as much as possible thats worked for me

the first job I lost was my sales job of 6 years, which I loved. Second and third jobs were both restaurants and it felt overwhelmingly stressful. During psychotic episodes, I can't do any of those jobs. I was thinking about trying the post office as a mail carrier because it's a lot of walking and being by yourself, but still get some social interaction with people while delivering mail, but I'm also fearful of losing another job..
