@reddragon_mommy, I try to do creative things as well. Helps relax me when I’m anxious. I wish I had a big bathtub as it would be nice to soak! I also love on my furbabies, they have a calming effect on me. Do you journal? Sometimes that’s helpful. Feel free to private message me if you want :)

I believe everyone’s experience is different. I had to cut a lot of people (including family) out of my life because they didn’t respect boundaries and had very toxic personalities which created a significant amount of stress. Thank you for your kindness. It's not eesy living on a rollercoaster. My family does what they can, but its hard gor them to understand. My husband suffers from various conditions too, so we have to resist the competition for who had the worst day and feels the worst. My therapist is amazing. Best decision I ever made finding her, but even then, it doesn't fix everything. Being creative everyday helps. How are you holding up? Positivity definitely helps, but sometimes it just takes over before you realize it. I hope today is a good day. 😋

My answer is mostly the same as SpoonieZone. Unfortunately I am still looking for a therapist. I also try to focus on the positive things in my life. There doesn't seem to be a good answer as it changes a lot. Hang in there and remember there are a lot of people willing to listen and try helping here...

I lean on those in my life, despite very few, who get me and talk it out. I also see a cognitive therapist and use supplements to boost my mood. How are you doing??? Hang in there!!!! 💜
