Feeling Special: Delusions or Reality?

does anyone else feel like they can do something others can’t. i know it’s probably because my head is all messed up but i can’t help but think that i’m special in some way like i have a power that others don’t. i was born to be more than a human vessel and i know it deep down.

I used to feel this way back when I was a teen and I still feel this way . when I hear certain peoples voices i feel like I can use telepathy to communicate with them , I got to remind myself it isn’t real . It’s comforting having someone in my head even when I’m alone in my bed with only my dog for real comfort. Even thou the voices in my head isn’t real its still nice to feel like I’m more then what I can actually accomplish like I have a power that no one else has .
