Managing Spirolactone Side Effects: Will They Ever Go Away?

I just started on spirolactone after trying to ignore symptoms (hair growth, weight gain, slight voice change etc). Will these symptoms be reversed or am I going be managing these symptoms long term?

I only take Metformin at this time. But I don't know if I have insulin resistant PCOS. I'm going to talk more to my Dr when I see her.

I also currently take metformin and levothyroxine. I use to take estrogen birth control and spironolactone before. Currently trying to get pregnant so doctor stopped both and put me on ovulation medicine

I also have insulin resistant PCOS. I take metformin, spironolactone, and levothyroxine. And I just started estrogen heavy birth control to try and reduce the number of cysts on my ovaries.
