      I use Zoloft and it helps. Other than that I picked up some new hobbies and the distraction helps a lot. I keep fish and it’s very relaxing to deal with my tank every night. I also got some plants. Idk, at least for me having a living thing to tend to helps me take my focus off my pain and onto something more productive and fun

      Breathing exercises, tapping. Walking outside. Trying to put my focus onto a distraction of something that I enjoy doing and doesn't feel too overwhelming.

      drawing and going outside with my animals always helps me. during the winter i will play video games and go to the gym to help channel all my emotions into something
