Before I worked from home I found comfy but still nice clothes that fit comfortably. Earbuds for music. Breaks (bathroom or my car). Discreet stims (like bracelets).

Try using a bathroom break to calm down. I usually sit in the corner until everyone calms down and wear your favorite cloth/texture to work!

Being prepared. I don't have a job bit through school I use earplugs and sometimes sunglasses. I wear long sleeves and pants that are safe textures.
