By no means am I suggesting this period we all follow our own path working on ourselves. It was. One thing for me that made a huge difference and I'm saying life changing difference was getting out of that kind of weather. I moved from Southern Ohio to Colorado. Ohio is Gray and bitterly cold all Winter. Hardly see the sun. Colorado we average 325 days of sunshine in the county I'm in period It doesn't get real cold either. It was crazy to change mentally and even physically
