Struggling with Weight Loss Due to Back Pain
question is
I can not lose weight , because of my back, or exercise.I am raising to granddaughters, been to see doctors I got my first pain shot and did not work.
2 doctors said I need the operation or I will be crippled, both said I have to lose 50 to 100 pounds and I can't what am I going to do ?

I have the same issue along with sciatic nerve pain. I've lost 60 pounds. I count my calories and eat smaller portions of everything.
