Managing PsA with natural remedies

I was wondering if anyone is trying to manage PsA with natural herbs and remedies, supplements. I'm not into pharmaceutical products. I'm interested in learning how people are managing the illness

I have. I did it religiously for about a year 5 days per week using Joov- red led and infrared. It helped and my skin felt smoother and it definitely helped with achy pain. However, it didn’t do much for my psoriasis. The best for my psoriasis is sun light to clear it up. Red light does protect your skin from damage if done before sun exposure so thats more of what I needed up using it for before going into sunlight to get my flares down.

Yes. I don’t tolerate medication or NSAIDS well so been researching natural supplements for years to help. The most helpful I’ve found is PEA (palmitoylethanolamide)- Comfort Max from Life Extension brand. It helps my pain medication work (tramadol) by reducing tolerance but increase effectiveness at a low dose. It’s anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and analgesic. But is also a stimulant (which helps me) so check to make sure before you try. Doterra essential oils- frankincense & copaiba - 4 drops of each internally daily (similar to CBD but doesn’t effect medication metabolism like CBD does) Apple cider vinegar diluted in cold tea or water really helps. Proteolytic systemic enzymes to eat away the inflammation. I take more for pain/inflammation but don’t notice much of a benefit and just take them since there is research behind them. Bromelin found in pineapple and my allergy/sinus supplement- breaks down inflammation. If I take turmeric- curcuminoids (which causes stomach upset for me in high doses) I take it with frankincense to make it more bioavailable. I take other things for stress and mood because that factors into pain perception but that’s a much longer list.

That's basically how I've been coping for the past three years just because I've been having trouble getting the medication that I'm supposed to have for it. If it weren't for natural supplements and over-the-counter medications I don't know what I would do! I wouldn't necessarily recommend it but it's a livable situation if that's what you're wondering.
