What special diets or regimen does do follow? How do you deal with progression?

I'm not falling but I'm off balance and I run into things like walls that I know are there but still run right into them. I'm on a high dose of prednisone for now

I guess as the disease progresses, our neurologists start to look at stronger treatments. I'm still taking tecfidera, which is a first line of defense DMT. I am going for a brain 🧠MRI today, in fact. I am long overdue, and I know things have progressed and I'm also in a relapse right now.
I'm hoping my neurologist will discuss new treatment. I have fallen 4 times since Thanksgiving - and that's a lot for me.

Any side effects from that medication? I'm afraid to start it.
