Managing POTS Symptoms with Low Impact Exercise

I read that one of the best ways to manage symptoms of POTS is to boost your cardiovascular health, but because of hEDS, I can't do high impact exercises. So I decided that I needed a new plan. I'm going to go cycling, because it's good for cardiovascular health but is also a low impact exercise and I will literally be sitting while I do it. Does anyone else have any advice or experience with this?

I have EDS and endometriosis and I have a bike at home. I have issues with my heart beating super fast too. Riding the bike is easy, good exercise that I can do anytime. I like mine. Got it off of Amazon for $300 and my boyfriend built it!

I just got a new bike for my birthday and have been doing about the same thing! The only issue I have is with the handlebars. My wrists get really sore. Now that I think about it though, I think my handlebars might be too low.

you're probably right about the handlebars needing adjusted. I don't know a whole lot about biking, but I know that your wrist should be fairly straight
