I personally love the medication I take. A mix of medications is best for personality disorders. I take an antidepressant, an anxiety medication, a mood stabilizer and an antipsychotic and it’s seemed to work very well for me!

me to people i talk to call combinations 'medication cocktail' like they say "i love the cocktail im on now its perfect for my conditions" or id say "what cocktail does your dr have you on now?"

Medically i would not recomend prescription. Natural sources like bach flowers, or valeriana herb. Mentally i try to do things that i have to put attention, at the same time training the concentration, try not to sound very cliche with this but basically doing things that i could be mindful of it, it could be anything, psychoanalyzis, reading, walking, breathing, pnl
