just diagnosed with PCOS a few weeks ago. im on the last week or so of my first month of metformin. what else can i do to help manage the symptoms?

      I took Metformin when I first got diagnosed, and I don't feel like it did anything good or bad to my body, so I stopped taking it.

      Hi, how is metformin working for you? My doctor suggested I go on metformin as well. My dads side of the family takes metformin for their diabetes, but I don’t know anyone that takes it for pcos.
