Managing Parenting, Work, and Chores: Tips Needed

How do people manage parenting, time with partner, alone time, work and chores I feel constantly tired with or without my cpap machine contacting hospital on Monday to make appointments as I have large tonsils and deviated septum. hoping for surgical options as I had a consultant from physiology the other day and was told may help.

I hadn't heard of one either until my brother got one. It's a stronger cpap for people that the cpap isn't working for but it sounds like you wouldn't need a bipap then if the cpap is working. Im in the US I guess the criteria is just different about removal. Hopefully you get yours removed

thanks yeah different countries different rules but still waiting on the letter probably use this platform to show progress amd updates aswell

Sounds like you either need to adjust your cpap level so it gives you more air at night or maybe even need a bipap instead of a cpap. These are things you could discuss with a doctor but you are definitely taking the first step with getting your tonsils out. Im suprised they didn't already do it if they are enlarged because my family has me on a cpap and my brother on a bipap and we had a foster child on cpap as well and the first step taken was tonsils out. Good luck hopefully the tonsil removal helps

I live in UK nhs at the time of discussing it originally it wasn't an option . They went off the snoring issue and they don't remove for that reason. I've had recent talk with consultant physiologist and no that I have osa it may be an option now. Making an appointment with lung function tomorrow to discuss also never heard of bpap. According to physiologist cpap treatment working well just need home life to accommodate among the 2 potential surgery's
