Huge game changer for me with period pain was getting a TENS unit. I think I paid ~$30 for it. I just put the electrodes on either my lower stomach or low back depending on where my pain is. It’s only temporary but it’s small enough that I can keep it in my bag and easy enough that I can just pop it on and get some relief without needing to take OTC meds.

Hot bubble baths, heating pad on your stomach/back, ibuprofen/Tylenol together, staying hydrated and rest as much as you can!! If your pain is still bad, reach out to your pcp or gyn doctor! I have endo too and those things normally help me get through flare ups 😊

Taking nice warm baths helps relax the muscles and ease pain from cramps 😊 also keeping hydrated helps reduce bloating and cramping! 💕
