Managing Pain: Seeking Advice
Looking for different ways to manage pain in the meantime while getting settled trying to find physical therapy. I’m trying what I can to keep inflammation down in my body generally but my pain is still really debilitating. What works best for you? CBD? Botox? Steroid injections? Gabapentin?
