drinking BCAA powder after workouts made a world of difference for me. going to the gym would leave me sore and in pain for DAYS, but with BCAA added after workouts, my gym pain days would be cut in half — usually just two days where I felt a little worse for wear.

I changes my diet drastically, removing any inflammatory foods. I waited a few months and noticed a huge difference. Then I eased in to a workout routine. The more consistent u are, the less painful it becomes. I've been climbing 🧗‍♂️ for over a year now and my flares aren't as frequent. I do have pain thay sets in after a session but I have my own regimen on how to baby my body afterwards. The next morning I'm fine. I still get sore muscles when I overdo it but that's normal, not fibro. I also do yoga now, nothing too tough but something to help stretch my muscles and keep me flexible. Even doing just beginner's yoga will help as long as it's consistent ☺. Good luck!
