Recently Dairy, Gluten, and Egg Free person here. I took an IgG test and found sensitivities to 28 foods. How do you all manage to get your needed nutrients in when you get low on calories and blood sugar?

It’d be good to talk to an allergist about the allergic reactions you have, how to properly prevent them, treat them (if possible for your severity), and figure how to replicate nutrients that you’d get from those foods and things

It's funny because what kicked off the search for answers was me reacting with hives.

IgG is simply my gut can't process it. It is heavily debated in medicine.

I’ve had to rely fully on supplements bc I can’t eat fruits, vegetables, dairy, and eggs unless cooked or prepped in a specific way
