Managing Muscle Fatigue Without Mobility Aid

How do you manage extreme muscle fatigue when you can’t use a mobility aid? I don’t have my own and I can’t use my school’s wheelchair

I’d say just try and take breaks as often as possible. That and maybe look into getting a 504 plan for accommodations from your school. Even if you can’t use the wheelchair (I’m assuming it’s probably their only one for emergencies) they may be able to work a free period into your schedule where you can rest in the nurses office, wether that be laying on the beds as uncomfortable as they usually are or doing some light homework while you sit if you are doing better that day. My high school offered me something similar once. But that would definitely be something you would need parental help with and Idk how supportive yours are, because in terms of chronic illness it usually one side of the spectrum or the other with no in-between.
