The ones that clash the most are BPD, ADHD, GAD, and suspected CPTSD. They all mesh together when I’m having an episode and the ADHD and GAD make me think so much with no end in sight. The BPD and CPTSD cause me to disassociate when overwhelmed and shut down or completely lash out as a trauma response. Then the Anxiety and ADHD have me feeling an intense guilt and nonstop thinking about what I just did.

I have severe anxiety and Cptsd. My anxiety feeds into the nighttime paranoia that comes from my ptad, so it's like a vicious cycle. I notice something odd, I othedthink, I stay paranoid, I notice something odd, etc. It really suck to try and sleep with it :(

So I have chronic pain and vestibular issues which result in vertigo and other neurological disorders. On one hand I’m told to expose myself to lots of visual stimuli and to move around a lot to habituate but for the chronic pain they’re telling me to move slower and to not do anything harsh on my body to hurt myself further. They clash all the time because I try to push myself to get my head all better but then my body suffers and I’ll be in pain for days.
