how do yall manage while having to deal with multiple disorders and having to recover from multiple of them at the same time?

I found that helping the depression is a good first start, that way you have the will to help the others. Then one disorder at a time!

I second what everyone else said. Also, for me, there is typically like 2-3 disorders impacting me at a time, not all 7. And they tend to always come in the same groups. So I have figured out ways over the years to deal with specific groupings that come up often.

What I do is I figure out which disorder is impacting my life the most, tackle it, then go to the next worse one.

This is what I do as well. I didn't even realize how much some of them were impacting me until I addressed and accepted the most problematic one first. Thankfully mine are fairly well controlled atm, but I keep a closer eye out for signs of the ones that have the most potential to f*** everything to hell and back.

a lot of mine are comorbid so as we help one, we help the others but honestly i’ve just been focusing on one at a time, because you can tackle one easier then you can tackle 5
