I take memantine when they are chronic, it allows me to go outside and go about my day, and it lasts 3 days.

I try to have a good routine when it comes to rest. I go to bed around the same time every night or as soon as I feel tired. I also make sure to eat breakfast and lunch. If I feel like I’m getting a migraine I take nurtec as soon as possible. The last thing is try to keep stress levels down. Which is almost impossible since I’m a nurse but I try to not let stressful moments get the best of me.

I'm on topirimate, I have ocular migraines, so they're not like in my head kind of migraines

Also water, sleep, no caffeine. I cut out caffeine like 6 years ago and low sodium
