fav unhealthy method - pretending life is a video game and just playing my character. makes it easier to make choices that pay off in the long run. fav healthy method - choosing one goal a day to do as well as I can (like a video game without the dissociation)

Weed isn’t an option for me, unfortunately. It’s not legal where I live, and I’m looking into a job that drug tests.

marijuana has helped me with all of my problems including anxiety, chronic back pain, controlling some mood swings, etc. my therapist retired so now all i have is weed and my psychiatrist lol

What coping skills do you use? I’m in therapy and have found that finding ways to ground myself and release tension have helped significantly with my bipolar disorder and my anxiety.
