Meds that have helped me are Zoloft & Prasosin (for nightmares). I have also had great benefit from EMDR, therapy, group therapy, & exploring my hobbies & interests outside of my trauma. I am working on building a life that doesn’t revolve around instances of trauma but instead allows me to grow around it. Self care can be really helpful, & also if you are a spiritual/religious person that may be something to explore to connect to a higher being/purpose in this life. Wishing you the best 💛

Having a solid support system is invaluable. Also I stopped talking to a lot of people who are unsupportive or otherwise cause me a lot of stress. This has been super helpful

Medications definitely haven’t helped. Exercise and eating healthier has.

Therapy. Mindfulness in particular helps me keep grounded and a good routine of self care. And being open with the ones I'm close to when I'm not doing great.
