I am in the same boat as you! Just trying to get through senior year alone is so difficult cause I can never get a proper night's sleep. I'm always pretty lethargic, and I try to ignore it by distracting myself with rewards and goals, like if I get out of bed quick enough I might have time to color. If I'm ever doing something and there isn't a set reward for completing the task, I'm not motivated. That's just what I do ♥️
