how do you manage your symptoms? what treatments/methods have helped you the most?

      I do find that low impact sculpting exercise and stretching helps with some of the pain. But it's definitely a challenge to stay consistent with. I'm very new to actually having a fibromyalgia diagnosis but I've been experiencing chronic pain and other symptoms for years I just didn't have a name for it.

      I'm pretty new in my journey so far and told My Dr I'd like to start out with some lifestyle changes first. Unfortunately I haven't had too much luck with that. But I take cbd gummies pretty regularly. They don't get rid of the pain, but they help me feel more human in the sense of taking the edge off and making me less anxious. I also started a vitamin b-12 supplement patch. I've only been on it for 2 days, so It could be a coincidence, but I have felt more awake during the last two days. I hope they continue to work for me. I really hope this is helpful. Like I said, I'm pretty new at this myself.
