Managing Medication Side Effects and Nerve Problems

I am wondering if my medications are what is causing my side effects and if there are herbal alternatives to help with pain. I'd also like to find out any secrets on how to manage the nerve problems I have. Thank you! I will be gone for the day but I'm looking forward to checking my email inbox.

Vitamin D3 seems to be a difficiency that most people have unfortunately. I do take some medications for nerves and pain, Lyrica and Cymbalta, and muscle relaxers for muscle spasms. However, I have found it very helpful to get up and move around. It helps with the stiffness and pain. Walk, walk, walk or just move. Moving and keeping busy helps me sooooo much. Make yourself get up and start with something small. I'm sure you have a depression problem which makes it difficult to make yourself do it but you have to if you want to get better. Good luck 😊

All medications have some sort of side effects unfortunately. One thing that has helped me is vitamin D, my level is SO low. Look at your hormone levels, vitamin levels you might be deficient. Magnesium helps as well. I tried CBD oil, that helped me, but played with my blood sugars. All of the best to you. 😊
