Is there anyway to get thru this manic stage I'am going thru any faster?? And what can I do to try and stop it next time??

      Exercise can help work out some of that manic energy. Are you on medication for you BP2?

        @HenriettaHeadache no I have stopped all my meds again nothing works

          @BFace85 it took me several years to find a cocktail that worked for me. Just stopping medications can be unsafe. You should definitely talk to your psychiatrist about trying something new.
