Properly relax. Set time for it. Meditation helps in a way. Because its not just the physical but mental fatigue. And If you can work up the mind muscle memory of letting go of thoughts and feelings and returning to a simple relaxed state it can be a game changer. Also certain breathing exercises have helped. Like(thru nose) big breath in, one quick breath in hold for 3-5 sec then big breath out of the mouth. Gives your body the "relax" trigger and it physically and mentally relaxes you. Nothing is full proof but it helps enough to enjoy the day a little through the pain.

i'm in the same boat. i haven't really found good ways to manage it other than making sure i get a lot of rest and take frequent breaks whenever i'm doing something. i have insomnia too, so i can't rely on my sleep very much. lately i've been trialing a bunch of different stimulants and wakefulness meds, but i haven't had any luck with them so far. you're not alone though, fatigue is unfortunately just an extremely irritating thing to live with šŸ˜”

Not really for managing. I feel so tired right now. But I have those that love and support me. Take the time you need. Rest. Sleep.
